Srijan Vadhera has joined Hilton’s most iconic property in the country as General Manager at Conrad Bengaluru. In his role, Srijan will spearhead the hotel’s growth and expansion through innovative and ground-breaking trategies, and remain focused towards further strengthening Conrad Bengaluru, marking it on the Global hospitality map, as the preferred destination for business and leisure travelers in India. With this, he is set to take the hotel to new heights with his dynamic leadership style & fresh outlook.

Possessing an impressive 19 years of rich experience in hospitality primarily in the luxury and upscale segments, in he past, Srijan has been associated with other hospitality brands such as Shangri-La, Marriott International and The Zuri Group Global and Hyatt in different capacities. Known for dynamic leadership combined with the belief of building teams from within, an adept business development approach and comprehensive knowledge of international service standard procedures, he brings a new wave of expertise to every assignment he pursues.

His knowledge and passion combine to resonate the extensive background in hotelleadership and sales and marketing. Srijan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Hotel Management Degree from Institute of Hotel Management Chandigarh. Keeping himself inspired in his own journey, Srijan is an avid traveler and enjoys visiting sites of historical and scenic significance. He believes that “Dreams are woven and ridden in style” and endorses this by being a proud owner of a Harley Davidson Road King and Continental GT (Royal Enfield). A wise Frenchman once said, ‘you are what you eat’ and for Srijan this meant only two things – eat healthy and live stronger. A staunch fitness enthusiast who personally feels that 60% of one’s six packs are made in the kitchen, he encourages everyone around him to follow a healthy lifestyle that allows one to keep a balance in both personal and professional life. Possessing a suave personality, Srijan takes great interest in fashion and is a shoe aficionado.
A doting father and very caring husband, Srijan is a devout family man who loves to spend quality time with Aarna, his 10-year-old daughter where he nurtures her athletic and academic poise, constantly guiding and coaching her. Like a true firebrand, Srijan admits his professional feats to his wife Nidhi Vadhera’s constant support, who consults as a soft skill trainer with leading brands.
